Samran Ali
Samran Ali is a consultant and researcher specializing in nuclear non-proliferation, strategic stability, and climate change, with work experience at organizations like the Center for International Strategic Studies (CISS), Fellowship with CTBTO, and regular written contributions to CSCR Islamabad.
He is pursuing an MA in International Affairs at Linnaeus University, Sweden, and has previously earned an MSc in Defense and Strategic Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan. His work includes publications on strategic stability, nuclear arms control, and climate security, with articles featured in CISS Insight Journal and CTBT Digital Bulletin. He has participated in international workshops on security, arms control, and environmental change, including the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) on COP29 at the University of Florence, ISODARCO in Italy, and the Moscow Nonproliferation Conference, Virtual Mentoring Programme for Civil Nuclear Policymakers, Operators and Academics with Kings College London.
